ISSUE:
Windows 8.1 metro apps crash when opening them. This issue occurred after a changed some security settings in the folder C:\Program files\Windowsapps
SOLUTION:
Edit the security settings in C:\ and add ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES with full permissions. When done, make sure that it also appears in the security settings of the WindowsApps folder.
